NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETING

SEWER AND ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS ON FENNER AVENUE

Meeting Date&Time: Wed. August 17, 2016 @ 6:00 pm

Middletown Fire Station, Community Room

239 Wyatt Rd., Middletown

 

Project scope is to replace sanitary sewer line along Fenner Ave from the City / Town Line to Vernon Ave.

 

Please plan on attending and sharing your questions, concerns or any suggestions you may have regarding this project. Town Engineer Warren Hall, Public Works Director Tom O’Loughlin, Geremia & Associates Town Project Consultant Rich Hencler, & East Coast Construction Project Manager Steve Bakios will be there to explain the project and answer any questions you may have.

 

Project is scheduled to start late this month and continue thru October 31, 2016. Final pavement will be placed in early spring 2017.

 

Traffic detours are to be expected, however all services including Police, Fire, Emergency Rescue, Trash pick-up, Deliveries, School Bus Stops, & US Postal Mail will be accommodated. 

 

This is the first phase of a larger neighborhood wide sewer project.
