NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETING
FOREST AVENUE PAVING OPERATIONS

The Town’s contractor, CB Utility is preparing to begin final paving operations on Forest Avenue. Mobilization is scheduled to begin October 20. It is expected to take two weeks to complete. Operations will include: milling of the gutter lines, catch basin and manhole adjustments, binder course patching. Install 1-1/2” finish asphalt course. Speed tables with striping & signage will be installed after completion of the finish asphalt course.
Please plan on attending and sharing your questions, concerns or any suggestions you may have regarding this project. Town Engineer Warren Hall, Public Works Director Tom O’Loughlin & CB Utility Co., Project Manager Ed O’Brien will be there to explain the project and answer any questions you may have.
Middletown Police will provide traffic control. Traffic delays are to be expected, at least one lane will be available, however all services including Police, Fire, Emergency Rescue, Trash pick-up, Deliveries, School Bus Routes & Stops, & US Postal Service will be accommodated.
